The history of Serendipity by Christina is rather simple.  It began with a woman shopping for that perfect piece of jewelry to compliment that extravagant outfit for that special occasion.  When Christina Winters Gears walked into a certain store on a warm Dallas afternoon eight years ago, she came across a rather interesting necklace.  Trying it on, she immediately felt a connection to the jewelry piece…until she looked at the price tag.  Flabbergasted by the attempted robbery, Christina immediately set off for a gem store.  After careful deliberation, combing through the many different selections to find the perfect collection of stones, she set off back home, determined to try this trade out for herself.  After rigorously studying jewelry-making techniques, Christina made her own necklace, which had a similar appeal to the one she had seen, but with her own elements of flare, it was that much more alluring and unique.  Enthused by this creative outlet, Christina continued to spend hours designing and making extravagant necklace and earring sets.  Not only did she seek out the most unique stones and elements she could find, but she also began collecting pendants and beads from her world travels.  The results are the hundreds of vivid, eye-catching jewelry pieces, of which there is one for each day of the week and every special moment.
